"Donate a book to your library" campaign

On the 80th anniversary of the founding of Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of the Republic of Moldova, the Health Sciences Library has launched the campaign "Donate a book to your library". The campaign will run from February 20 to June 30, 2025. 

Thus, the entire university and medical community in the country is urged to offer as a gift a book (or several books) in the field of medicine and pharmacy (published in the last 5 years), which they consider that the Health Sciences Library should have in its collections, and which would be of real use to its beneficiaries. All books must be useful for the health system specialists, and it is advisable to include a dedication, which will remain a nice memory over the years. 

Books can be brought to the Health Sciences Library, Collection Development, Organization and Safeguarding Section (Republican Clinical Hospital, 3rd floor, 29 Nicolae Testemitanu Street). 

We urge all interested parties to join this campaign, in this way we can contribute to the development of the collection of the Health Sciences Library and the cultural heritage of our country, and to ensuring beneficiaries' access to literature in the field of medicine, which will have a direct impact on the quality of education, research, medical and pharmaceutical practice.

The donated books will be unveiled as part of a thematic exhibition organized during University Days (October 2025).
